M. Audinot a sublimé notre événement. La décoration de la table était magnifique. Le service est professionnel et M. Audinot pense à tous les détails. Nous avions une personne à l’honneur qui a été mise en valeur dans le service et la préparation de la table. Le repas était délicieux et les produits sont locaux et de qualité. Un régal! Je souligne aussi son professionnalisme dans le service et la préparation du repas: sérieux et impeccable. Il a été flexible dans toutes nos demandes. C’était parfait! Merci

Chef Matthieu is a highly competent and professional chef. His presentation of the space and dishes were top notch, and his food absolutely delicious! He took care of everything, including accommodating our group's dietary restrictions, which allowed us to really relax and enjoy the evening. He's very friendly and easy-going, managing our large group. I would highly recommend Chef Matthieu for another event! details: 10 adults including vegan, gluten and dairy restrictions; passed finger food snacks, family style dinner including 4 starters, main, 3 sides and a dessert.

An amazing evening…. From the tablescaping, to the last bite if desert…food was fabulous, we had vegans, non dairy & gluten free and each had amazing meals. Highly recommend!

Chef Matthieu Audinot was wonderful to work with throughout the entire event planning process including the actual event itself. He was very responsive and was more than willing to adjust his initial menu recommendations to create the perfect French-themed dinner as part of our vacation in the Champagne region to celebrate our friend's 40th birthday on August 21st. After booking with Chef Matthieu, but before our event, he also reached out to our Airbnb host to confirm that he would have everything he needed onsite the day of our dinner. It was a truly one-of-a kind dinining experience with flawless preparation and presentation. Most important, Chef Matthieu's food is beyond delicious!! He also left our kitchen absolutely spotless. You will not be disappointed if you book with Chef Matthieu as he will deliver a truly unique culinary event that you will never forget!
