Chef at home in Reims, Matthieu Audinot has twenty years' experience of cooking all over the world, and can create exceptional meals, dinners and receptions (business meals, family dinners, parties of all kinds) for 8 to 20 guests at your home. A gourmet meal served according to the rules of the art, in the comfort of your own home, in complete confidentiality and conviviality.

An inspiration gained from a gastronomic world tour

Originating from a famous family of tripe-makers, butchers and charcutiers who have lived in Reims for more than 80 years, and having been immersed in this world from an early age, my passion for cooking was born.

After attending a catering and hotel school, then training alongside Michelin-starred chefs such as Arnaud Lallemand (Reims), François-Xavier Bogard (Tours), Olivier Gulizzi (Anduze), Nicolas Le Bec (Lyon), Jean-François Piège (Paris) and Franck Michler (Val d'Isère). I decided to discover more culinary culture around the world (Germany, England, Spain, Canada and California).

It was through all these experiences that the idea of coming to meet you was born a few months ago, and that it was time to set up a business in my own image, simple and creative: to be your in-home chef !

Today, I offer modern, elaborate cuisine inspired by my experience, with particular care taken to respect the main product featured by enhancing it on your plate.
