Matthieu Audinot, the chef is responsible for purchasing the goods and serving from 8 to 20 guests. Depending on the customer's requirements, the service can be provided by a Maître d'Hôtel and may be accompanied by a sommelier.
The chef will travel with his equipment, and the time of his arrival will be determined according to the menu and the work to be done. He guarantees that your kitchen will be returned to its original state.
In addition to the chosen menu, it is also possible to add certain options, such as the decoration of your table, the aperitif and its appetisers. A wine / food pairing can also be suggested to ensure perfect harmony.
Cheese can also be included as an optional extra.
A fixed price per km will also be charged for any return journey of more than 25km from Reims.
